S/H charges:
Shipping charges depend on how much your order weighs and how far you are from Sandpoint, Idaho. They are calculated automatically using information from USPS.

Our prices are subject to change at any time
Payment Options:
We accept the following payment options: Visa, Master Card (sorry, no personal checks).
State Taxes:
Idaho residents are subject to 6% sales tax on all orders placed at the Logical Expressions Store.
About Zip Files/Troubleshooting:
If it seems like you are having trouble with the files, it is probably because the file is Zipped. If you see "funny characters" or think that we've sent you a file "in a foreign language" rest assured, we didn't. All of the files are in English.
However, some of the files you receive from us may come in a Zip package.
Zipping compresses many files into a single compressed file, which makes it faster and easier to download. The filename ends in .Zip and in Windows XP, the icon for a Zip file looks like a little "zipped up" folder.
Unzipping Files
Windows XP has a built-in unzipping utility. To unzip files in Windows XP, follow these steps:
- Double-click the file.
- In the window, click Extract all files. The Windows Extraction wizard appears.
- Click next. In the Select a Destination panel, select a location on your hard disk where you want the new folder to be placed.
- Click Show extracted file and click Finish.
- Alternatively, in Windows Explorer, right-click the little "zipper" folder icon and then click Extract All. Again, you must tell the wizard where you want to put the files.
In earlier versions of Windows, you need to use a program called WinZip to extract your files.
- If you don't have it, download WinZip from http://www.winzip.com
- After it's installed, you can right-click a Zipped file and select WinZip. Then select where you want the files to be extracted to.
- A folder is created with the same name as your Zip file. Double-click the folder to access the individual files.
Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Why do you need a shipping address for a downloadable product?
Answer: The shopping cart needs an address to verify your credit card. This security feature is for your protection as well as ours.
Question: I downloaded a file and it's in Spanish (or I see foreign language/weird characters)! What's wrong?
Answer: The files are all in English. You probably did not unzip the package first. Please click here to read the Zip section for unzipping instructions.
Question: I get a "mismatch" or AVS error when I try to buy. What's that?
Answer: The address you use to buy must EXACTLY match the one your credit card has on file. This security feature is for your protection and ours. AVS stands for Address Verification Service. Again, your address has to match the one on file for the credit card exactly.
Question: I get an error that my country is not allowed. What can I do?
Answer: We only ship physical products within the United States. We sell downloadable products to countries where English is a primary language, such as US, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. (We reserve the right not to sell our products to certain countries.)
Question: Why won't your store take my card?
Answer: We only take Visa and Master Card. We do NOT take American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, or any other card. Just Visa and Master Card.
Question: I bought a license for IdeaWeaver and I want it right now. Where is it?
Answer: License files are processed by hand by a real human being, so if we aren't sitting at our computer the moment you buy the license (like in the middle of the night while we're sleeping), it may take up to 24 hours to receive your key.
Also a license key is sent via email. Check your spam filters if you don't receive it. Make sure the logicalexpressions.com domain is white-listed or added to your address book.
Question: I purchased a template and now my Word documents are messed up.
Answer: We're not sure how people manage to do this, but it may have something to do with overwriting the Normal.dot template. When you buy a template, be sure to put it in your Word templates folder as described in the instructions. If you do somehow overwrite your Normal.dot template, here is an article that explains that problem (and the fix):
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/blankdocnotblank.htm
Question: I am a professor/student and would like the educational discount on IdeaWeaver. What do I do.
Answer: Contact us and we'll give you a special code to put in the shopping cart when you buy the license.
If none of these answers address your problem, please contact us.
